Key Changes Effective 1 April 2025

  • Update your Franchise Disclosure Register listing to meet new requirements.
  • Revise your disclosure document to align with the updated Franchising Code standards.
  • Discard Key Facts Sheets, as they are no longer required.
  • Make necessary amendments to your franchise agreement—note that some changes will take effect later, on 1 November 2025.
